Description
Discs have 4 wells (filter units) for sample loading. This pack of 10 discs is specific to liquid samples with low particle concentration or low contaminating proteins, such as cell culture supernatant (CCS) and urine.
- It utilizes a 20 nm pore-size membrane filter to isolate and concentrate EVs of 20 nm and above (Typically processes 5–10 mL per unit depending on sample concentration)
- The expected recovery is 85~95%.
- It is stable for 9 months from the manufacturing date in the fridge if unopened.
- Once opened, it should be stored at dry room temperature, but is recommended to be used as quickly as possible.
- It cannot be reused once a unit is used.
