Description
Discs have 4 wells (filter units) for sample loading. This pack of 10 discs is specific to liquid samples with high particle concentration and large-sized proteins, such as plasma and serum.
- It utilizes a 100 nm pore-size membrane filter to isolate and concentrate EVs of 100 nm and above (Recommended loading volume is 0.2 mL).
- The expected recovery is 85~95%.
- It is stable for 9 months from the manufacturing date in the fridge if unopened.
- Once opened, it should be stored at dry room temperature, but is recommended to be used as quickly as possible.
- It cannot be reused once a unit is used.
- It is a recommended option for small-scale studies when the number of samples to isolate at one time is small.
