- ExoDisc® VF2
Description
ExoDisc™ is an advanced lab-on-a-disc platform designed for rapid, reliable, and automated isolation of extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes, from biological samples. Using integrated microfluidics and size-selective filtration in a disposable cartridge, ExoDisc™ delivers >95 % recovery and >99 % purity in under 30 minutes with minimal hands-on time.
- Fast, automated workflow: Load sample, spin, and collect enriched exosomes — all with a simple benchtop process in ~20–30 min.
- High performance: Excellent recovery and purity with gentle, label-free isolation that preserves native vesicle integrity.
- Versatile sample compatibility: Works with plasma, serum, urine, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), cell culture supernatant (CCS), and other biofluids.
- Compact & user-friendly: Single-use cartridges eliminate cross-contamination and require no specialized training.
Ideal for biomarker research, diagnostics, therapeutic development, and downstream analyses such as NTA, TEM/SEM, Western blotting, ELISA, and nucleic acid profiling.
