How to Place an Order

To place an order on our website, you must first create an account at us.shop.altium.net. Once registered, browse our catalog, select your desired product, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout by entering your shipping and payment details to complete your order.

Please ensure your account information and delivery address are complete and accurate. Our team will use your contact details to reach you in the event of any issues with your order.

Order Confirmation & Shipping

Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to your registered email address. Our team will process and prepare your order for shipment within 4 business days.

When your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and shipment details.

Shipping & Delivery

Altium International Inc. works with reliable shipping carriers for all deliveries within the United States.

  • Orders above a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping — applicable rates will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.

Upon receiving your package, please inspect it in the presence of the delivery representative. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, refuse delivery and request that a damage report be filed with the carrier. Once a package is accepted, it is considered delivered in full and in satisfactory condition.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • With all original packaging, labels, and tags intact
  • Undamaged and unaltered in any way
  • With the original invoice included

Returns that do not meet these conditions — including opened, used, or damaged items — will not be accepted.

Please note: For equipment with post-sale technical issues, customers should contact the manufacturer’s authorized service representative directly.

Once your return is approved, ship the item to our address below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection:

  • Credit card refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may take an additional 2–6 weeks to reflect the amount on your statement. This processing time is outside of our control.
  • Bank transfer refunds will be processed within 2–6 business days after inspection. To complete a bank transfer refund, please send your account/IBAN details to info.us@altium.net.

For installment purchases, refunds will be credited back to your card monthly by your bank as a positive balance adjustment.
