Product description

NPM1 Mutation detection Kit is intended for detection and mutation ratio calculation of Nucleophosmin-1 (NPM1) A, B, C and D mutations from peripheric blood and bone marrow from Acute Myeloid Leukemia patients. The kit can not distinguish between the MutA, MutB, MutC & MutD. The results obtained are intended to be used as an aid to monitor efficacy of treatment in patients undergoing therapy, and for minimal residual disease (MRD) follow-up to monitor disease relapse.
