The kit can be used as an aid in the evaluation of suspected Philadelphia (Ph) chromosome-negative myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) and molecular disease monitoring in MPN patients. The absen- ce of the JAK2 V617F/c.1849G>T mutation does not exclude the presence of other JAK2 mutations.
